Start translating

Terms and Conditions

  • We strive to provide accurate translations for your source video/audio files. Successful translations typically take about double the minutes as the source file's duration. Maximum turnaround time is ~1 hour.
  • In the event of a job failure after payment, we will automatically re-run the job and aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours.
  • If the job continues to fail, and you do not wish to keep TranslateAudio credits for future use, we will refund you within a 7-day time period.
